When choosing textures for your rental articles, remember that they can be hidden if necessary by painting over them with a different color. 

Step 5: Create a home bar

The last step of the renovation is to create a home bar in the kitchen. In order to do this, you’ll need a tall kitchen cabinet that’s designed to double as a bar. Place hooks and hangers at one end of the cabinet for easy access. Once you’ve finished this step, you should have all of your furniture arranged just how you want it. Your home should feel more spacious, light and open.
