Your bathroom is one of the most used places in the house. You have to use the bathroom multiple times no matter who you are. So, it’s no wonder bathrooms need frequent cleaning. It just takes a few moments to turn a bathroom from tidy to a complete mess.

Now, if you constantly feel lazy or don’t have the time, cleaning the bathroom regularly can be a challenging task. That’s why I have brought these five shortcuts from Cleanzen house cleaning that’ll help you to clean your bathroom very quickly.

Using black tea to clean shower walls

There is no doubt that the glass walls in the shower look all luxurious and shiny, but the main challenge that comes with it is to keep them clean. As you spill water daily on the glass wall, it’s only a matter of time before massive lime buildup.

One prevalent home ingredient that can help you in that scenario is black tea. Just prepare black tea in a bowl with two or three tea bags. After it cools down, soak a towel in it and wipe off the limescale buildup.

Cleaning the bathroom ceiling

People often forget to clean one common part of the bathroom is the ceiling. I mean, it’s understandable, since most of us are busy tackling the limescale and other spots, that we barely get to think about the ceiling.

However, if you look closely at the top milder and grimes can equally buildup on the roof like any other spot in the bathroom. To clean it, all you have to do is mix equal parts white vinegar and water, soak a sponge and wipe the ceiling off.

Get shiny bathroom tiles

No matter which tiles you use to make your bathroom more beautiful, the grouting between the tiles will always be there to ruin the party for you. This grouting is the resting spot for all the dirt and germs, and eventually, you’ll notice the grouting turn black if you don’t clean the tiles in time.

To clean the tiles, you have to mix borax baking soda and water with equal parts and wipe the tiles with a sponge using the mixture. If the grouting feels hard to reach, you can use a toothbrush for that.

Keep the toilet brush disinfected

Bathroom cleaning is about keeping the bathroom clean and keeping the stuff you used clean and disinfected for later use. Toilet brush is one of the most common tools is used for bathroom cleaning, and most of the time, we leave it in the brush holder with the germs intact inside the brush. To keep this toilet brush clean, what you can do is pour some disinfectant in the brush holder. This way, the brush will get disinfected automatically without any effort.

Get rid of soap scum with cooking spray

When I say cooking spray, it must have reminded most people of the kitchen. That was the case for me when I first learned about this other application of the cooking spray. Since cooking spray contains oil and oil can easily break down limescale and soap scum, cooking spray can be a handy tool for bathroom cleaning. Just spray it on the soap scum, clean it and finish with hot water to eliminate any oily sensation.
